12 sessions, 3 times per week for 4 weeks, every Monday, Thursday and Friday at 6:30am. On Ramp is our foundational program that all members are required to complete prior to participating in regular classes. We'll teach you the basics of all the barbell and other weighted movements, give you an introduction to gymnastics and bodyweight movements, along with various skills training, all to set you up for success in our regular classes.
